Fee Schedule

If you were the victim of a crime that occurred in California, you may be eligible for freecounseling and other financial compensation from the State. The funds can be used for the following services if they are directly related to trauma from the crime.

  • Medical/Dental Treatments
  • Mental Health Counseling

The most commonly covered crimes are:

  • Assault with a Deadly Weapon
  • Battery
  • Child Abuse / Molest (including from family members)
  • Domestic Violence
  • Driving under the Influence
  • Hit and Run
  • Vehicular Manslaughter
  • Murder
  • Robbery
  • Sexual Assault (including from family members)
  • Stalking
  • Other Violent Crimes as defined by statute

Regular Cash Fee: $200 per session. All forms of payment accepted.

Insurances Accepted:  Adventist, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Beacon Health,

Blue Shield of California, Ceridian, Cigna, Concern EAP, EAP 4 U, FEI, Horizon Health, Humana / LifeSync, Mental Health Network (MHN), Military One Source (MOS), Magellan, Mutual of Omaha, Sutter EAP, Sutter Health, United Behavioral Health (UBH), UMR, Victims Of Crime (VOC).

If you do not see your insurance here and you wish to make an appointment you may also ask your insurance carrier if they would offer a single case agreement so that you may be seen. Or you may pay the regular cash fee and seek your own reimbursement from your insurance. Superbills can be provided if requested. Payment is due at the time of session.
